Job Summary

Join Nestlé Suisse SA's historic Broc Factory, the home of Cailler chocolate, as an F&C Controller. This pivotal role ensures the financial integrity of manufacturing operations by driving reliable product standard costing, robust transactional execution, and continuous process improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing standard cost calculations in SAP, coordinating the period-end close, leading variable cost analysis, delivering variance reporting, and coordinating the annual factory budget process. Success requires a degree in Finance & Accounting, professional experience in an industrial/operations controlling context, and strong expertise in SAP/GLOBE and advanced Excel. Crucially, candidates must be proficient in both French and English.
