Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the seamless and reliable operation of the entire IT infrastructure for an innovative company focused on circular economy solutions. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s hardware and software systems, including installation, maintenance, and upkeep. A significant part of the role involves providing essential First-Level Support, handling incoming requests, and efficiently processing tickets within the system. The ideal candidate must have a successfully completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration and a minimum of two years of professional experience. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop systems, MS Office, and expertise in LAN/WAN and VPN infrastructure, alongside virtualization using VMware VSI and VDI.
