Job Summary

This role is ideal for a certified IT Specialist focused on ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT infrastructure within the ECOWEST association, a cooperative focused on sustainable circular economy solutions in the Warendorf and Gütersloh districts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire IT environment, providing essential First-Level Support by handling user inquiries and processing tickets efficiently. The specialist will also be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of both hardware and software systems. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in System Integration and proven experience with Microsoft Windows (Server and Desktop), LAN/WAN networks, VPN, and VMware virtualization (VSI and VDI).
