Job Summary

This role seeks a creative and passionate Project Manager to drive the expansion and modernization of the 110kV high-voltage network within the Avacon grid area, supporting the transition to future energy supply, particularly the transport of renewable energy. The Project Manager will conceptualize and lead construction projects, focusing on technical solutions, economic evaluation, and direct client collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle—from planning, permitting, calculation, and tendering to construction, commissioning, and controlling. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of occupational safety, adherence to schedules and budgets, quality optimization, and risk minimization, while also managing necessary permits, acquiring line rights, and handling project documentation and billing. Success requires a relevant technical degree, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel regionally.
