Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Distribution Network Planning and Construction Specialist to drive the energy transition in Northern Germany, based in Lüneburg. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive planning and construction management of medium (20 kV) and low voltage (1 kV) electricity distribution networks, focusing on expansion, reinforcement, and the integration of charging infrastructure and compact transformer stations. Key tasks include creating detailed execution plans, developing service specifications, managing project budgets, and overseeing construction coordination with various service providers. Candidates must possess a technical background, such as an Electrician qualification, coupled with an advanced degree or certification as an Engineer, Master Craftsman, or Technician in a relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering). The ability to negotiate effectively and maintain relationships with customers, municipalities, and authorities regarding permits and routing is crucial.
