Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to lead and oversee multiple properties across the Munich region for a major service company. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of all agreed-upon services, managing budgets, and strategically expanding the service portfolio. Key responsibilities include comprehensive budget planning and control, technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, and efficient resource deployment. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with CAFM and SAP systems, and experience managing subcontractors. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Building Services Technology) OR a degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration.
Experience
- Several years of experience in property management or facility management
- Experience in budget planning and control
- Experience in employee leadership and personnel deployment planning
- Proficient handling of customers and subcontractors
