Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation of Human Resources processes within the Deutsche Bundesbank, focusing on maximizing value for employees. The specialist will analyze existing workflows, introduce innovative concepts, and develop future-proof HR processes, primarily leveraging SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Onboarding, and People Analytics). Key responsibilities include planning and managing the implementation and continuous development of the HR-IT landscape. The ideal candidate will take ownership of digitalization projects, from planning and stakeholder management to implementation and quality assurance. This position requires expertise in both classical and agile project management, strong analytical skills, and experience with end-to-end HR process digitalization, potentially utilizing technologies like Python, PowerShell, R, or AI to streamline operations and create genuine added value for the central bank.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics)

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central, Enterprise Service Management, People Analytics, and WalkMe) in introduction and application, ideally from an in-house perspective
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end digitalization of HR processes (including digital signatures) and process/quality management
  • Experience in project work
  • Programming knowledge and experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, R) is highly desirable
