Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a long-term defense project in Munich, taking on a central role in the development and qualification of an innovative High-Frequency (HF) switch assembly. Daily responsibilities include setting up, controlling, and maintaining a specialized RF measurement station to characterize a power switch assembly utilizing PIN diodes. This assembly is crucial for a fully electronic, quasi-stepless RF transformation network used for load matching. Furthermore, the role involves the continued development of the switch board, encompassing the design, dimensioning, and commissioning of associated driver circuits. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating these assemblies into the final target system and providing support during the qualification, verification, and eventual serial introduction phases. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering and demonstrated professional experience in power electronics, coupled with expertise in RF technology and a strong aptitude for practical laboratory work. This position offers an unlimited contract and the opportunity to contribute to a technically demanding and highly innovative defense project.
