Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading an expert team in Dresden focused on developing an innovative, next-generation MEMS chip. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from MEMS design, technology, and layout to wafer-level testing, manufacturing, and quality assurance. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex project schedules, defining critical paths, conducting systematic risk management for fast Time-to-Market (TTM), and tracking project status against budget and quality metrics. Furthermore, the role requires skillfully managing interfaces with System, ASIC, Package, and End Test development teams, and reporting project progress to stakeholders and management. Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant technical field, possess several years of experience in MEMS development, and demonstrate strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
