Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee and administer complex IT and licensing contracts, including leading significant international license agreement negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing specialized consultation to internal departments on all licensing queries and optimizing processes throughout the entire IT Asset Lifecycle in close coordination with international subsidiaries. A critical function is ensuring strict adherence to license agreements and complex manufacturer compliance requirements, which includes leading international manufacturer license audits. The manager will analyze license utilization to derive measures for cost and utility optimization and contribute to developing insightful reports while steering central Software Asset Management tools. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, multi-year professional experience in license and contract management, coupled with strong organizational talent and excellent technical and business understanding.
