Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure all electronic and mechatronic products adhere strictly to European and international norms and directives, including critical standards such as CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC, ICES, UL, and various IEC/UL/CSA standards. The professional will be responsible for coordinating the entire conformity process, which involves conducting risk analyses, managing technical documentation, and overseeing product testing (e.g., EMC, electrical safety, radio approval). A key function is serving as the interface between the Development, Quality Management, and Production departments, as well as external testing bodies. Furthermore, the manager will monitor regulatory changes, advise executive leadership on potential impacts, and actively support international market approvals, particularly in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Electrical Engineering or Compliance Management and fundamental experience navigating complex product compliance landscapes in an international context.
