As a Civil Engineer specializing in pipeline and utility construction, you will take full responsibility for water engineering projects, focusing specifically on municipal drainage and wastewater management. Your daily activities will span the entire project lifecycle, covering HOAI service phases 1 through 9. This includes independent planning, overseeing construction processes for various civil engineering trades, and conducting on-site construction supervision such as quality control and invoice verification. You will also act as a key communicator, coordinating with internal departments, public authorities, and external stakeholders while actively expanding the company's client network. Required Skills

Education

Experience
