Job Summary
The Student Assistant for Research Funding will join the University Hospital Erlangen's specialized Research Funding department, which manages third-party funds, reporting, and statistics for clinics and institutes. This role is crucial for supporting scientists in managing their research budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities involve essential administrative tasks, including supporting digitalization projects, maintaining lists, scanning documents, filing, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate must be an enrolled student with strong administrative acumen, good IT skills, and a high degree of diligence and reliability. The position requires very good proficiency (at least B2 level) in both German and English, and availability is needed even during semester breaks. This part-time role (8-12 hours/week) offers an interesting opportunity to gain experience in research administration within a leading medical institution.
