Job Summary

This role is a critical Sales Manager/Pharmaceutical Representative position focused on driving the successful sales and positioning of Autologous Chondrocyte Transplantation (ACT) products within the South-East region of Germany (ideally based near Munich, Ingolstadt, or Nuremberg). The representative will be responsible for professional consultation with clinics and medical personnel, strategic implementation of sales plans, and active market development. Key activities include conducting operating room support (OP-Begleitungen), leading training sessions, managing long-term customer relationships, and actively acquiring new clients. Candidates must possess a university degree in a natural science field (Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or relevant medical training (e.g., OTA or specialized nursing), coupled with mandatory qualification as a Pharmaceutical Representative and Medical Device Consultant.
