Job Summary

TETEC AG, part of the Octane Medical Group in Reutlingen, is seeking a dedicated Technical Assistant to join their Quality Control Microbiology team, contributing to innovative cell-based therapy solutions in regenerative medicine. This full-time role focuses on ensuring strict GMP compliance through the execution and meticulous documentation of microbiological tests, including Bact/ALERT analysis, endotoxin determination, and culture media growth tests for NOVOCART and CDMO projects. Key responsibilities also involve conducting regular hygiene monitoring, cleanroom sampling, and actively participating in quality management processes such as handling deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as a BTA, MTA, or equivalent, possesses good English skills, and ideally has experience handling S2 microorganisms.
