Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in programming and enhancing control software for PLCs and servo drives using IEC61131-3, specifically for Uhlmann Parenteral and Cartoning machines in the After Sales department. Your daily tasks will involve processing after-sales orders, implementing robotics applications, and managing control and drive systems. You will also play a crucial role in assessing the feasibility of customer requirements from a software perspective, supporting the quotation process, and independently handling complaints. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to seamless order processing, increased efficiency, and sustained customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, with a component of global travel for commissioning and supporting a 24/7 helpdesk.
