Job Summary

This AI Engineer role, focused on generative AI within the “Analytics & AI” team, is crucial for driving the company's strategic AI transformation. The core mission involves implementing highly scalable, widely applicable AI solutions across the organization, primarily utilizing language models, multimodal AI systems, and agent technologies to significantly enhance employee efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert guidance to AI multipliers in various departments, helping them identify, implement, and scale generative AI use cases such as LLMs, chatbots, and Copilot tools. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reusable components, including Prompt Templates and Context Engineering libraries, and ensuring the technical operation and continuous optimization of productive AI applications. Candidates must possess a degree in a technical field, proven experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Gemini), strong proficiency in Python, and familiarity with RAG architectures and agile methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science, or comparable field

Experience

  • Experience with Context-Engineering and Prompt-Design techniques
  • Professional experience in developing Agent Systems, AI-supported assistance tools, and workflows
  • Experience with frameworks and tools such as Copilot Studio, Open WebUI, or RAG architectures
