Job Summary

The Desktop Administrator will be responsible for the crucial task of provisioning new and existing client devices, primarily using Windows 10 and Windows 11 via USB stick. A significant part of the role involves direct customer interaction, including accepting and issuing client devices, and providing user support for Windows 11 queries. Furthermore, the administrator will handle data maintenance within the Inventox system and manage user data changes in Intune. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in IT system integration or equivalent, coupled with strong knowledge of current operating systems (SRV/Client/NW) and routine expertise in Office installation and setup. Excellent hardware knowledge of standard client PCs and peripherals (printers, scanners) is required, along with high resilience and fluency in German, making this a demanding yet engaging role perfect for detail-oriented professionals.
