Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation and optimal condition of technical and electronic building facilities in various properties located in Erfurt. Day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of technical systems, alongside proactive troubleshooting and fault resolution. The Service Technician is expected to optimize operational processes, perform mandatory safety checks on portable and fixed equipment according to DGUV regulation 3, and maintain accurate digital documentation of all activities using mobile devices. Ideal candidates possess a technical qualification in the electrical field, such as an Electrician or Energy Systems Electronics Technician, and demonstrate a customer-oriented, reliable, and self-reliant working style. While initial professional experience is beneficial, career starters are explicitly welcomed.
