This role is for a dedicated Service Technician to ensure the reliable performance of advanced robotic kitchen systems in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing service calls for maintenance, repair, and adjustments directly at customer locations. The technician will be crucial in analyzing faults, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and documenting all service activities, acting as the primary technical contact for clients. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics and possesses professional experience with complex mechatronic systems, preferably in field service.
