Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all DATEV application inquiries within a tax consultancy firm, providing essential IT support and troubleshooting for users. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical and application-related issues concerning DATEV products (such as Unternehmen online, DMS, and EO Comfort), collaborating closely with the internal IT department, and assisting in the implementation of new digital DATEV modules. The specialist will also be responsible for training staff on the secure use of DATEV programs and optimizing internal system structures for efficiency.
