As a Partner in Tax Consulting and Auditing, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of the Ulm office. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing high-level personal advisory services to clients on complex tax and business matters, building and maintaining a strong regional network, and leading a dedicated team of professionals. You will be responsible for the preparation and auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements (HGB/IFRS), developing sophisticated tax strategies, and overseeing corporate restructuring and succession projects.
