Job Summary

The Medical School Brandenburg Theodor Fontane (MHB), a young and dynamically growing university focused on health care in Medicine, Dentistry, Psychotherapy, and Health Services Research, is seeking a President who will also serve as the Scientific Managing Director. This high-level leadership role requires a creative, convincing, and highly motivational individual to further develop the university's innovative approaches and successfully advance its networking with the region, research institutions, and political actors. The successful candidate will drive strategy, demonstrate profound knowledge of the national and international higher education landscape, and possess extensive leadership experience in academia and/or industry. The role is critical in ensuring the future of health care provision within the state of Brandenburg, focusing particularly on the health and illness of aging.
