Job Summary

This critical role involves taking ownership of the architecture and continuous development of complex Data Center networks, encompassing LAN, WLAN, WAN, Internet, and VPN technologies. The specialist will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from conception and setup to the operation of essential communication infrastructures for both data centers and clients. A key aspect of the role is providing expert consultation on IT and telecommunications communication pathways, ensuring seamless integration into existing security concepts for new applications and services. Furthermore, the position includes providing high-level technical support (2nd and 3rd level), maintaining detailed system and architecture documentation, and training IT colleagues. Candidates must possess a completed STEM degree or equivalent qualification, combined with several years of professional experience in network and telecommunications infrastructures, specifically demonstrating expertise in setting up and operating Software Defined Network (SDN) environments. This position is ideal for a systematic, strategic thinker ready to lead infrastructure projects.
