Job Summary

Join Rado, a pioneering luxury watch brand known as the 'Master of Materials,' as a proactive Digital & E-Commerce Project Leader. This hands-on role involves spearheading digital transformation within the Digital Marketing Services team, focusing heavily on enhancing the corporate e-commerce site and implementing sophisticated omnichannel services. Day-to-day, you will manage complex digital projects, ranging from new e-commerce activations (like engraving features) to defining and implementing global payment strategies. You will utilize tools like Jira to brief technical teams and ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. A key responsibility is overseeing e-commerce operations, monitoring KPIs, and defining best-in-class purchasing experiences in collaboration with logistics, finance, and legal departments. Furthermore, you will manage product merchandising, ensuring the accuracy of the online catalog by coordinating PIM data publication to Magento. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possesses 2-5 years of relevant experience, coupled with excellent English communication skills, thriving in an international and cross-cultural environment.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in digital project management, user experience (UX), or webmaster roles.
  • Previous experience working within an international business environment (desirable).
