Job Summary

This role focuses on driving the industrialization of new and existing watch products for a prestigious global luxury brand. The Industrialization Project Manager collaborates closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure robust processes and manage risks related to cost, quality, and deadlines. Key responsibilities include integrating new technologies, qualifying suppliers, and optimizing industrial efficiency among partners. Furthermore, the role involves continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating corrective actions to enhance product reliability, and developing technological solutions for long-term performance optimization. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industrialization project management role, ideally within the watchmaking sector, and hold an engineering degree in micromechanics or mechanics. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
