Job Summary

The Technology Specialist for Production Planning will be responsible for the independent technological processing of inquiries, working closely with the Head of Production Planning. Key tasks include developing and optimizing casting technologies, specifically focusing on model technologies, mold plates, and core boxes (KK). This role involves conducting simulations and calculations to ensure optimal manufacturing processes within the foundry environment. The specialist will independently create detailed manufacturing instructions, develop solutions for production errors, and monitor adherence to quality management standards, reporting deviations to the Head of Quality Assurance. Collaboration is essential, requiring coordination with the internal model shop, external model makers, sales, and production teams. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Technician degree in Metal or Materials Technology, or equivalent experience, coupled with physical resilience suitable for a foundry setting, and a self-reliant, quality-conscious, and communicative work ethic.
