Job Summary
As the Head of Quality Management at EWA Arnstadt Guss, you will lead the strategic and operational quality processes for an internationally active foundry serving the machinery, vehicle, and power plant industries. Your daily responsibilities include organizing and executing all quality-related management processes, serving as the authorized inspection representative according to DIN EN 10204, and coordinating with external inspection services for component acceptance. You will act as a key advisor to the executive management and plant leadership, conducting internal and external audits while developing comprehensive quality plans and analyses. Required Skills
Education
University degree in a relevant field; alternatively, a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician qualification with extensive professional experience.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in quality management
- Professional experience in the metal-processing industry
- Leadership experience is highly desirable
- Experience as an internal auditor
- Experience in coordinating with external inspection organizations and testing services
