Job Summary

As an HVDC Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical, timely, and economical commissioning of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems globally, with a specific focus on data networks and individual network communication components. Your day-to-day tasks will involve commissioning, supporting, and controlling TCP/IP-based network infrastructure, HMI concepts, and their specific adaptations. You will also manage time synchronization, local and remote signal converters, and act as an interface to other signal providers. This role involves supporting commissioning components, clients, and external partners in troubleshooting and testing communication interfaces, as well as assisting with quality, risk, and claim management.
