Job Summary

This role involves specialized engineering work focused on the characterization and validation of complex semiconductor components, specifically Mixed-Signal ASICs, RFICs, and MMICs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, setting up, and optimizing measurement systems for high-frequency and mixed-signal parameter analysis, including conducting and evaluating RF measurements on coaxial and wafer probes in the micro- and millimeter-wave range. A key aspect of the job is the automation of characterization measurements, data acquisition, and evaluation using tools like MATLAB or Python. The position requires strong collaboration with design, test, packaging, and production teams to ensure performance goals and technological excellence are met.
