Day-to-day responsibilities include leading projects from concept to execution, securing grid connection for new business ventures, preparing tender documentation, coordinating construction activities, and managing significant project budgets (up to €30 million). A core focus is integrating decentralized energy generation into existing medium and high-voltage networks (up to 110 kV) and developing advanced monitoring and control systems for renewables and large-scale battery storage. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possess several years of experience in grid operation or electrical process automation related to renewables, and have initial practical project management experience.
