Job Summary

This role as a Transfer Pricing Consultant in Frankfurt offers a highly professional environment focused on proactive and comprehensive client advisory services within the PKF Fasselt network. The consultant will take immediate responsibility for designing, implementing, documenting, and presenting complex transfer pricing models, drafting expert opinions, and identifying optimization potential for international clients. A key aspect involves assisting multinational companies in developing business models and value chains, actively supporting clients during tax audit procedures, and participating in international mutual agreement and arbitration procedures, requiring close collaboration with foreign network colleagues. Ideal candidates possess a commercial background or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law, specializing in Tax, Controlling, or Accounting. Practical experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation, or supporting tax audits is essential, coupled with strong economic acumen and very good English language skills (B2 minimum). The position is attractive due to its flexible working model, including mobile work options, early Friday finishes, and robust support for professional development and certifications (e.g., WP, StB, CFA).

Required Skills

Education

Commercial training or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law, with a specialization in Controlling, Accounting, or Taxation.

Experience

  • Practical experience in planning and documentation of transfer prices

  • Professional experience in conceiving and implementing transfer pricing models

Additional

  • Permanent contract (unlimited duration). Mobile work permitted at least two days per week. Option for 'Workation' (up to four weeks per year) from EU foreign countries.
