Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Specialist focused on system integration, responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and communication within complex digital infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding technical issues and user inquiries, providing support for local and terminal server applications, specifically Citrix, and managing the installation and operation of the Windows Client/Server system environment. The ideal candidate has successfully completed vocational training in system integration and possesses initial professional experience, particularly with Citrix Terminal Server environments. This position offers significant flexibility, including mobile working options (at least two days per week), flexible hours, the ability to accrue and compensate overtime, and the unique benefit of 'Workation' (up to four weeks per year working from an EU country).
