Job Summary

This role is for an IT Help Desk Specialist responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations by managing first-level user support, including initial qualification and efficient escalation of complex issues to 2nd Level support. Day-to-day duties involve the crucial tasks of configuring and deploying end devices, meticulous monitoring and maintenance of central patch management systems, and continuous optimization of printer management processes. Furthermore, the specialist will actively participate in IT projects aimed at expanding the overall IT Service Management framework, requiring detailed documentation of all systems and processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist) and demonstrate routine proficiency with standard Microsoft Server-Client products, coupled with experience utilizing central administration interfaces and automated IT processes within a mid-sized environment. This position offers a stable, permanent contract with above-standard compensation and the attractive option for permanent takeover by the client.

Experience
