Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as an IT Support Specialist involves providing crucial 1st and 2nd Level support to customers, addressing IT inquiries and technical problems through professional communication channels including phone, email, and ticketing systems. A core part of the role is analyzing and resolving disruptions within complex IT infrastructures. You will contribute to the administration of Microsoft products, Windows, and Linux systems, and provide technical support specifically for SAP applications within the scope of system administration. The ideal candidate holds a completed training or equivalent qualification in IT System Integration, possesses foundational knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux systems, and brings experience in general system administration, with SAP support experience being a strong plus. Success in this role requires strong customer orientation, teamwork, and excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
