Job Summary

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Head of Department to oversee the Power Systems Digitalization division, specifically managing the Asset Management (AM) and Digital System Operation (DSO) departments. The core mission is to leverage data-driven decision-making to extend the lifespan of energy assets and networks, enhance operational performance, and ensure adaptation to complex grid requirements and renewable energy integration. The role involves leading approximately 75 employees across locations in Arnhem (NL) and Dresden (DE), including 6 direct reports. Key responsibilities include strategic resource planning, collaborating closely with Business Development and Project Management, developing and implementing data-driven solutions for asset management, and supporting critical projects for reliable energy supply. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in a relevant field, at least five years of leadership experience, and fluency in English, coupled with experience in the power transmission and distribution sector.
