Job Summary
This Cloud Engineer role involves designing, developing, and operating a global cloud platform based on established IaaS products, while ensuring compliance with national regulations. Day-to-day tasks include integrating open-source products, bridging gaps in the Cloud Native landscape through internal development, and ensuring seamless product interaction. The engineer will closely collaborate with various automotive service development teams, providing crucial consultation on design, Continuous Delivery, monitoring, scaling, and integration with core Cloud and Platform Services. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field, initial professional experience in software development, proficiency with data structures, algorithms, Linux, and application containerization. Strong German and English language skills are essential for engaging with clients and external partners to deliver foundational cloud platform requirements.
