Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious On-Board Electrical System Development Engineer focused on managing complex wiring harnesses throughout the entire development lifecycle, up to series production. Key responsibilities include developing concepts for the electrical system in early development phases, defining and presenting various options for wiring harnesses, pinning, ground distribution, load distribution, and fusing of on-board systems. The engineer will also be responsible for designing, calculating, and presenting cross-sections, creating necessary documentation, and supporting prototype builds. Successful candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering and possess professional experience in automotive electrics, coupled with strong knowledge of construction, E/E wiring harnesses, and pinning techniques.
