Job Summary
This role involves supporting a client in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors with the global rollout and management of their Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, specifically transitioning from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 certification. Day-to-day tasks include harmonizing and improving workplace safety standards, developing company-wide OHS specifications, and assisting with international safety and fire protection issues. The manager will be crucial in organizing and monitoring activities such as site inspections, emergency measures, accident analysis, and defining corrective actions. Key requirements include a background in natural sciences or engineering, and experience with implementing and maintaining management systems like ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 is highly desirable.
