Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the planning and design of machine control systems and drive systems. The Electrical Engineering Designer will be tasked with laying out instrumentation, control, and electrical (ICE) technology, including selecting and specifying appropriate components and parts. A core responsibility is the independent creation and maintenance of circuit diagrams using EPLAN, ensuring compliance with current standards and guidelines. You will actively develop and continuously optimize electrical engineering concepts for machinery, plants, and systems. Success in this role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology (or a comparable academic background, or a Technician qualification with relevant professional experience), coupled with fundamental knowledge of electrical design and practical experience with EPLAN P8. The position demands a structured, responsible, and quality-focused approach, strong collaborative skills for working with R&D and manufacturing, and proficiency in both German and English.
