Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious Wiring Harness Design Engineer to develop and construct complex on-board network systems for prominent clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing CAD systems for the design and construction of wiring harnesses, creating conceptual designs for production, optimizing existing network architectures to achieve technical improvements and cost reductions, and managing critical technical documentation such as specifications and protocols. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Vehicle Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman), coupled with professional experience in the wiring harness or construction field. Success requires strong analytical skills, flexibility, and fluency in both German and English.
