Job Summary

This role involves connecting technology and people by designing electrical systems for special-purpose machinery within the plant and mechanical engineering sectors. The Electrical Design Engineer will focus on the electronic construction of machines and assemblies, creating detailed electrical schematics and parts lists using EPLAN P8. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining existing product components, implementing constructive changes, and assessing the technical feasibility of new concepts, including reviewing requirement specifications (Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte). The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering qualification (Technician or Master level) and brings professional experience in electrical design, preferably in special-purpose machine construction. Success in this role requires excellent 3D CAD skills, knowledge of mechanical, metal, and plastics technology, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
