This role involves serving as the Deputy Project Lead and Project Manager for the 'Digital Maturity Development' project within the Public Health Department of Stormarn County. The successful candidate will be instrumental in modernizing the department's digital infrastructure, coordinating technical implementation, and optimizing workflows to strengthen knowledge sharing. Key responsibilities include IT project management, quality, risk, and data protection management, process analysis, and leading change management initiatives. The position requires a degree in Computer Science (ideally with a medical focus) or a specialized IT qualification combined with significant project management experience and certifications in methodologies like Scrum or PRINCE2. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science (ideally with a focus on Medicine) OR Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker/in); Certifications in Project Management (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2)
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience (if holding a specialized IT qualification)
- At least 3 years with proven project responsibility (if holding a specialized IT qualification)
- Experience in leading, coordinating, and managing complex tasks, projects, and processes (ITIL 'Expert' is ideal)
- Experience considering operational, tactical, and strategic IT aspects
