Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist/Generalist based in Berlin, joining a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services. Initially structured as a temporary assignment with a strong option for permanent employment, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of the Microsoft environment, specifically Active Directory, user management, and the Terminal Server environment. You will also actively participate in IT project planning and implementation, handle inquiries and incidents via the IT Service Management system, and provide comprehensive hardware and software support to end-users. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT, professional experience with Microsoft application support, and strong administration skills.
