Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling incidents and requests via phone, email, or self-service portals, classifying and prioritizing issues, and coordinating complex problem resolution with specialized technical teams. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration), experience with ticketing systems, and ideally, familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management.
