Job Summary

This role in Hamburg is an excellent opportunity for an IT enthusiast to join a leading European IT system house as an Onsite IT Technician. You will be responsible for executing essential IT support tasks based on provided B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets, as well as handling project-specific requirements. Day-to-day activities involve providing direct onsite support for Windows clients, printers, telephones, and various network components. Key qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of current Windows operating systems, familiarity with networking principles (including Switching and Layer 1-3), and practical experience utilizing ticketing systems.
