This full-time, permanent position seeks a dedicated Engineer specializing in Civil and Road Construction to help shape the future development of Leonberg's municipal infrastructure. The role is critical in addressing challenges like climate change and digitalization through tangible local projects, such as climate-neutral public transport and new sewage facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities span the complete project lifecycle for road and sewer construction, encompassing detailed planning, professional tendering, rigorous construction supervision, local site management, and final project billing. Key requirements include a completed degree in Civil Engineering, practical experience in executing civil and road construction projects, and comprehensive knowledge of VOB and relevant DIN standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate reliable, autonomous work habits, strong negotiation skills, and professional conduct when interacting with citizens, firms, and public authorities.
