This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to join the Schwarz Group’s consulting team, focusing on administrative processes and organizational change within the company. As a Junior Consultant in Policy Management, you will serve as the critical link between specialized departments, translating complex technical requirements into the digital Policy Center system. Your primary goal is to ensure the quality, clarity, and binding nature of internal regulations. Key tasks involve driving the technical and methodological development of the central regulation system, implementing new features, and providing essential First-Level Support for technical and methodological issues in coordination with IT colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and conceptual foundation, technical affinity, and initial project experience, ready to take ownership of projects from conception through to training delivery, contributing innovative ideas to optimize internal processes.
