Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist passionate about customer satisfaction, providing essential technical support for electronic workstations and peripherals at the Oberwihl site. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling support via telephone, remote access, and on-site visits, documenting and classifying incident reports, and managing local network and infrastructure administration. A key function is analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests within the global Service Desk. The ideal candidate must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11) and the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams), along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, TCPIP, GPO). This position requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in both German and English, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
