Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist passionate about customer satisfaction, providing essential support for electronic workstations and peripheral devices at the Oberwihl site. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, documenting and classifying incident reports, and directly engaging with customers. The specialist will also be involved in local network and infrastructure administration, as well as analyzing and resolving incident reports and service requests within the global Service Desk. Key qualifications include proven experience in Helpdesk/Service Desk environments, advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Office packages (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams), and a solid understanding of Microsoft Networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, TCPIP, GPO). This position offers a dynamic, service-oriented environment within a global technology group, focusing on providing high-quality IT support.
